CHIEF Minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan, led a protest of LDF MPs from Kerala in front of the Rail Bhavan in Delhi demanding the intervention of the prime minister in building a Rail Coach Factory at Kanjikkode in Palakkad district.
