RAJASTHAN state secretariat of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) has termed the disgusting tactics of the BJP, which are constantly being adopted for conspiring to demolish the democratically elected state-government in the state, against the Constitution of India and killing democracy.

The state secretary of the party, Amaram, issued a press statement on July 24 saying that for the past several days, the BJP has been continuously ignoring all democratic norms. He said that every tactic is being adopted by the BJP-RSS to form the BJP government in Rajasthan by demolishing the state government  through open horse trading. Apart from making money for the purchase of MLAs, misusing the Income Tax Department, ED, CBI etc., now the post of governor is also being misused very nakedly.The governor's refusal to accede to the chief minister's demand to convene a session of the assembly as per the cabinet decision is completely unconstitutional and undemocratic.

The governor is bound by the constitution to accept the decision of the cabinet.The CPI(M) condemns this in strong words and calls for an early assembly session.The state secretariat  believes that a majority decision should be made on the floor of the 'house'.The Modi government of BJP-RSS has attacked all democratic, constitutional values and constitutional institutions of the country and posed a serious threat to the democratic system of the country itself.The state secretariat has expressed surprise and regret at how it is being taken so lightly by the judiciary ?

The CPI(M) state secretariat  has announced that the party will work with full force to respond to these attempts to assassinate democracy and the constitution and will defeat the nefarious designs of the BJP-RSS combine.
