I ACCOMPANIED Bihar state secretary, Avdhesh Kumar, to Madhubani and Muzaffarpur districts on July 26-27.  What we witnessed was conclusive evidence of the fact that, after his treacherous deal with the BJP, Nitish Kumar has given up all attempts at good governance and Bihar today is no different from BJP-states as far as inhuman atrocities against women, minor girls and dalits are concerned. In Madhubani, a huge rally of more than 2000 people, mostly dalits, was organised by the Party in solidarity with more than 700 Musahars who are sitting on dharna along with CPI(M) activists in front of

Implement the Law to Protect the Country

Mohd Salim while speaking on the no-confidence motion in Lok SabhaOn July 20, there was discussion in the Lok Sabha on the no-confidence motion. Participating in the discussion Mohd Salim said “ the council of ministers lack confidence of this house”. When the discussion began in the morning this confidence further fell. THE development of new knowledge is a fascinating exercise. Since humans evolved, they have been driven by curiosity to learn more and more about nature. Over time the knowledge accumulated came to be systematised and this is what we call science. The hunger for knowledge deepened and expanded our collective understanding of nature. This knowledge is utilised to create tools and other artifacts that humans use to improve conditions of living.
