The Central Committee of the CPI(M) deeply mourns the death of innocent people in these terror attacks and condemns such barbaric terror.

Campaign Against Communal Hate Offensive from Dec 1-6

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) met in New Delhi from November 13 to 16, 2015. It has issued the following statement November 17, 2015.

BIHAR
ELECTIONS

They have rejected the rank communal campaign conducted by the BJP, led by the Narendra Modi-Amit Shah duo with divisive issues including prescribing eating habits of the people and the bogey of reservations for minorities etc.

Paris Outrage: Change Course in Syria

ANOTHER terrorist outrage, this time in Paris. On November 13, on a Friday night, gunmen wearing explosive vests mowed down 129 people and injured 200 others in six places in the city. The fact that most of those killed were young men and women who had gone to a concert or were in restaurants for fun and relaxation makes their deaths more reprehensible and poignant. That this happened in the French capital which is the centre of European culture and civilisation makes it a barbarous crime. There were other terrorist attacks in the same week.

The Hajj Stampede: Saudi Impertinence

SAUDI Arabia's domestic and foreign policies are both coming under critical international scrutiny. Even domestic voices of dissent are getting louder as the new royal dispensation carries on with its relentless targeting of Yemen and the encouragement of a sectarian agenda in the region. The Saudi imposed war on Yemen has been going on for five months. The infrastructure of the Arab world's poorest county has been destroyed and it is the civilian populace which has borne the brunt.

Ninety Years of RSS

DR KB Hedgewar would never have imagined in his wildest of dreams that an innocuous Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) which he established on Vijaya Dashmi day of October 27, 1925 to impart physical training to Hindus so that they could become physically strong enough to defeat their enemies belonging to other ‘non-Hindu religions’ could in its 90th year become a force to be reckoned with. As much as Mohan Bhagwat becoming so powerful that he would be able to address the whole nation on the RSS day of birth on October 22, 2015.
