Pinarayi writes to Modi: IAS Cadre Rules Amendments would Weaken Cooperative Federalism

KERALA chief minister, Pinarayi Vijayan has requested the prime minister to drop the proposed amendments to the Indian administrative service(IAS) cadre rules.
