THE liberal defence of capitalism takes two distinct forms in economic theory. THE Left Front swept the municipal elections in Tripura, winning all the 19 urban local bodies -- Agartala Municipal Corporation, 13 municipal councils and five nagar panchayats -- that went to poll on December 9.
