The Central Committee has proposed the following amendments to the Constitution to be taken up for consideration and adoption at the 23rd Congress: Article XVCentral CommitteeAdd as clause 16: The Central Committee may fix an age limit eligibility and a quota of women for members to be elected to the Central Committee.
