We are reproducing below the report ‘Israel's Aggression against Occupied Palestine April 2025’, documenting the following verified incidents and data about the inhuman genocide carried by Israel in Gaza

1. Ongoing Aggression against Gaza

In April 2025 alone, Israel launched intense air and ground attacks on residential neighbourhoods. displacement camps, and critical medical and educational facilities that led to the killing of 2,037, including 2,019 in Gaza and 18 in the West Bank. Since October 7, 2023, a total of 53,384 Palestinians have been killed, 94 per cent of whom were civilians – 51 per cent children, 16 per cent women, and 8 per cent elderly.

2. Humanitarian Catastrophe in Gaza

Gaza is witnessing catastrophic destruction. 92 per cent of homes around 436,000 – have been destroyed or damaged, and over 1.9 million people (90 per cent of the population) are internally displaced, many multiple times. The education sector is decimated, with 241 schools bombed, 13,600 students and 663 educators killed, and 60 university buildings damaged or destroyed. The health system has endured 1,424 attacks, including 670 in Gaza, killing 886 medical staff. Even UNRWA has suffered 832 attacks, with 290 staff members killed.

3. Attacks on Journalists

Since October 2023, 210 Palestinian journalists have been killed, including three in the month of April alone. On April 7, Israeli forces deliberately targeted a journalist tent near Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, striking those who were courageously documenting the truth.

4. Crimes in the West Bank and Jerusalem

In April, 18 Palestinians were killed, mostly in Jenin and Nablus under Israel's "Iron Wall" 10,100, while Israel continues to withhold the bodies of 434 martyrs, including 42 children and 6 women.

5. Settlement Expansion and Colonial Violence

1,933 new settlement units were approved, including 760 in Jerusalem. In April, 223 Palestinian structures were demolished, displacing 329 individuals, half of them children. A total of 208 settler attacks were recorded, involving arson, abduction, and the destruction of crops and homes.

6. Violations in Occupied Jerusalem

During Passover, 6,865 settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque under Israeli military protection. 58 Palestinians were arrested, including 5 children and 3 women. 47 demolition orders were issued. Schools and universities were attacked or forcibly closed, including Al-Furqan School (serving 1,200 students) and Al-Quds University.

The report confirms that the Israeli occupation is carrying out a widespread, systematic campaign of mass killing, ethnic cleansing, destruction of infrastructure, and indiscriminate targeting of civilians constituting clear and egregious violations of international law and potentially rising to the level of genocide.
