People’s Democracy is, like many other publications of the Left, facing a financial crisis because of the pandemic and lockdown. The printing of the paper resumed after five months but there is a big drop in circulation.

A way-out is to enroll subscribers widely. Although the People’s Democracy website is not behind a paywall, we nevertheless request all our supporters to subscribe to the e-paper, which will be emailed to all subscribers weekly.
