Vizag Fest Conquers Hearts and Minds of Thousands

VIZAG Fest 2015, organised as part of the 21st Party Congress of CPI(M), drew a large number of people belonging to different age groups and sections. The festival, an exhibition reflecting the development of Visakhapatnam and north coastal Andhra, their literary, cultural, and fine arts aspects, along with seminars, literary sessions, and a book exhibition, was held at Andhra University Engineering College ground from April 10 to April 19. Those who witnessed the magnificent events at the fest were conquered by its uniqueness and grandeur.

Visakhapatnam Gears Up For Party Congress

AS part of the on-going preparations for the upcoming 21st Congress of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), Andhra Pradesh state committee gave a call for reaching out to the common people throughout the state. The campaign, titled, 'CPI(M) to every house', evoked good response. The intention of the campaign was to reach out to a majority of the households in the state, explain the political and ideological uniqueness of the Party and the struggles undertaken by the Party on various issues and demands. This campaign was undertaken in all the 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh.

Audio CD for the 21st Congress of the CPI(M)

AS part of the preparations for the 21st Congress of the CPI(M), Praja Natya Mandali (PNM), Andhra Pradesh committee has brought out an audio CD containing ten songs. The CD was widely sold during the state conference of the Party. These songs exhort people to join struggles and strengthen the CPI(M). Most of these songs were written keeping in mind the youth and were composed with peppy tunes. The CD was brought out to help the Party in the intensive and extensive campaign it had planned throughout the state before the Congress.
